In a first, after a successful OTT release, Manjo Bajpayee starrer courtroom drama Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai is heading for a theatre release. The film was released exclusively on ZEE5 on May 23, and owing to its positive reviews, the makers have released the movie in select cinemas across the country.

Hollywood veteran actor Al Pacino is going to become a dad again at the age of 82. On May 31, it was reported that the actor’s rep confirmed that Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29, are expecting a child together and that she is due this month. But as per a new report, Al Pacino has no relationship with Noor, and Noor, until the first 11 weeks, didn't even tell Al Pacino that she was pregnant. And now, it is being reported that Al Pacino has demanded "a prenatal DNA test." Further, a source revealed, "He (Al) actually thought their relationship was over a long time ago... When Noor Alfallah did come back in his life after a more than year break, my insiders say she told Pacino she couldn’t have children anyway due to a thyroid problem."

K-pop BLACKPINK member Jisoo has tested positive for coronavirus. The group’s agency YG Entertainment shared a statement through the fan community Weverse. The statement reads, "Hello, This is YG Entertainment. We would like to inform you that BLACKPINK member JISOO was confirmed positive for COVID-19 on June 1st. JISOO took a self-test on May 30 after showing mild cold symptoms. At first, she initially tested negative but ultimately tested positive on June 1st. "JISOO was determined to perform, wanting to keep her promise with BLACKPINK fans who have been waiting for a long time, but decided not to participate in the concert for the artist’s health and the safety of all. "Therefore, only three members, JENNIE, LISA, and ROSÉ, will participate in the [BORN PINK] World Tour concerts held in Osaka, Japan on June 3rd and 4th. We understand the anticipation and how much fans have been waiting for the performance and will do our best to present the concert as planned. We kindly ask for your strong support. “We will put our utmost effort for JISOO's speedy recovery as well as the health and safety of our artists. Bhartiya Janata Party leader Manoj Tiwari has slammed actor Naseeruddin Shah’s remark on The Kerala Story. During an interview Aaj Tak, Manoj Tiwari said, "He is a good actor but Naseeruddin ki niyat achi nahi hai (Naseeruddin's intent is not right). I say this with a heavy heart.” He further added, "When films were made that showed a guy sitting at a shop and passing remarks about a woman, Nasir sahab had nothing to say."
