Shah Rukh Khan shared the sweetest message for Suhana Khan as she became the brand ambassador of a makeup brand. Sharing a video from the event, the Pathaan actor wrote, "Congratulations on Maybelline beta. Well dressed…well spoken…well done & if I may take some credit well brought up! Love u my Lil Lady In Red."

Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha couldn't perform as per expectations, emerging as a box office failure. The Bollywood superstar, who played the lead role in the film, reacted to Jaspri Bumrah trolling his film in a new ad. In the viral video, Jasprit took a dig at Aamir and said, "Itne hits maarte ho sir, toh Laal Singh ka kya hua." Aamir responded to him by saying, "Tu field pe mil".

She said, "Talking about sexism and typecasting, I was playing the heroine role so all the heroines at that time were typecast. We had some amazing songs to dance and sing to and then we had a few romantic scenes but I got lucky to do a few films like Yeshwant and Pechaan and even in my first film, Phool Aur Kaante. I played varied kinds of roles in different languages and have no complaints about the roles that came my way but yes, at one point towards the end of my career, I decided to exit, and that's when I started to feel I wanted to do more but I was not getting that kind of roles."

Kubbra Sait recently shared a horrific experience through her memoir, Open Book: Not Quite A Memoir. Bollywood Hungama reports that the actress was approached to host a wedding function, where she was not given a private room but asked to adjust with other entertainers on a boat. She further narrated her ordeal and said that “An elderly gentleman thought it was a sexy move to throw a glass of champagne on me to gain my attention.” The angry actress threw his glass on the floor and warned him, “The next time you try a trick like this, I’ll break this glass and shove it up your a**,” she wrote.

Bollywood singer Lucky Ali faced backlash for hurting hindu sentiments with his post claiming, ‘Brahman’ comes from ‘Abraham’. The singer has now issued an apology for hurting the sentiments of Hindus. Addressing the controversy, Lucky Ali wrote in a Facebook post, “Dear Everyone , I realise the controversy of my last post. My intentions were not to cause distress or anger amongst anyone and I deeply regret that. My intentions, instead, were to bring us all closer together… but I realise how it didn't come out in the way that I meant it. I will be more aware of what I am posting and of my phrasing as I see now that it has upset many of my Hindu brothers and sisters. For that I am deeply sorry. I Love you all…”

An old video of Salman Khan going viral on social media shows him talking about wanting to tie the knot to Juhi Chawla. Now, the actress has reacted to the video and said that “Back in the day, when I had just started out in my career, and when Salman was not THE Salman Khan, a film had come my way that had him in the lead actor. In fact, I didn’t know anyone properly back then – not him, not Aamir (Khan, actor), or anyone else in the industry. Incidentally, I couldn’t do the film because of some issue. In 2007, during an AIDS Awareness event, the Hollywood star, Richard Gere planted a kiss on Shilpa Shetty's cheek. Gere's intention was to show that a simple kiss cannot spread an HIV infection, however, a case was registered against them for obscenity. After hearing both sides, the court in its ruling on April 3 cleared Shilpa's name from the case and said, "A woman being groped on the street or touched on a public way or in public transport cannot be termed as accused or participative to an extent of mental culpability and she cannot be held for illegal omission to make her liable for prosecution."

Judicial process need not be a means of needless harassment merely because an accused is a celebrity, the Bombay High Court has said in its order quashing criminal proceedings against Bollywood actor Salman Khan in a complaint of intimidation filed by a journalist in 2019. Justice Bharati Dangre on March 30 allowed applications filed by Salman Khan and his bodyguard Nawaz Shaikh and quashed the proceedings and process (summons) issued to them by a lower court.
