Taking to Instagram, Karisma Kapoor shared a few inside pictures from her upcoming movie Murder Mubarak’s Delhi schedule. Murder Mubarak is directed by Homi Adajania and also stars Sara Ali Khan, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Kunal Kemmu, Pankaj Tripathi, Dimple Kapadia, and Vijay Varma in pivotal roles. Sharing a slew of pics, Karisma wrote, "Wrap Mubarak We missed Dimple aunty and Pankaj ji What an incredible cast and crew to work with." Meanwhile, the movie’s release date is awaited.

The trailer for late actor Irrfan Khan's film The Song of Scorpions was released today. The critically acclaimed actor was working on the film before his death in 2020. Also starring Tillotama Shome, the film will be released in theatres on April 28, 2023, a day before Khan’s third death anniversary. Take a look here.

Telugu actor Allu Arjun passed away after suffering a heart attack on Tuesday. He was 52. The renowned actor and comedian breathed his last in Vishakhapatnam, his hometown. The news of his sad demise was shared by director Anand Ravi. He shared an image of the late actor, and wrote, "From day one u have been my biggest support./ I can still hear your voice in my head./ Ramesh garu, not able to digest your demise./ You have touched so many hearts like mine/ Miss you om shanti."

Comedian Krushna Abhishek, who earlier quit The Kapil Sharma Show on the note that he will be back soon, has now said that he was approached again by the makers. However, things didn’t work out dur to some monetary issues. During a conversation with ETimes, he said, “Yes, I received a call from the makers of TKSS (The Kapil Sharma Show) recently. They wanted me back. However, we couldn’t reach a conclusion owing to monetary and contractual differences for the second time. Baat paise par hi aakar atki hai phir se (The matter is again stuck because of money).”

Sushmita Sen, who suffered a major heart attack last month has resumed her work commitments. Now, in an interview with ETimes, her brother Rajeev Sen informed that the actress is doing much better. Here is what he said, “She’s absolutely fine now with the blessings of God. What happened was quite unfortunate, health is something which is quite unpredictable, things can happen. But touchwood she’s doing much better, she’s back to work." He added, "She is mentally very strong and physically as well. You need to be because it is not easy to manage two kids and be an actor at the same time. I did a short film for about 4 days and I had to go through so much and do hard work. And here I see my sister shooting for months non-stop. It takes a lot of toll and it is not easy."

After a super successful web series, Farzi, Shahid Kapoor is all set the enthrall the audience with his high-octane action-thriller, Bloody Daddy. The makers have skipped a theatrical release and opted for a digital release. The web series is slated to release on June 9 on the Jio Cinema app. The announcement for its release was made at the event of Jio Studios.

I think, even I, as a person, am very protective about my own people, my family and all of that. And I am one of those 'apna' people. So, it's been great that way. He is who he is and says what's on his mind; that's very refreshing for me. It's been great." She also added, "It's also cause he speaks his mind. A lot of people think it but they don't say it whereas he says what's on his mind. It is very clear and that can sometimes make people be like 'Oh my God!' It takes you aback because you are not used to people speaking their minds." Pooja Hegde was speaking with Zoom Digital.

She said, "I think having conversations around opportunity and merit is important. Now that we are living in the world of streaming, there is so much more. The Hindi film industry has changed so much in the last five to ten years. You have so many talent - writers, directors, actors that come from outside the industry. When I first started, that was not the case, at all. So I think having conversations around the fact that the workplace should be merit-based, that the workplace should be a positive environment, that casting should be a casting director's job instead of the politics and the drama.”

The wife of the late famous lyricist and actor Crazy Mohan, Nalini Crazy Mohan has passed away. Crazy Mohan passed away in 2019 in Chennai due to a heart attack. Kamal Haasan, who is a close family friend wrote in a tweet, "Another sister-in-law Mrs. Nalini Crazy Mohan passed away naturally. I share my grief with all the family members who started as a friendship and turned into a relationship."
