In a major development in Akanksha Dubey's suicide case, the police officials will be seeking the DNA tests of the late actress' Samar Singh and his brother, as per a report in Times Of India. The police is preparing to conduct a DNA test on the accused Samar Singh and his brother Sanjay Singh as part of the investigation.

Film producer Bunty Walia was booked by the CBI in an alleged bank fraud case that cost IDBI Bank 119 crores. In 2008, the bank approved a loan for his firm to finance Sanjay Dutt-Bipasha Basu's film Lamhaa. In order to recover the loan amount, the bank accused the company of diverting funds and fudging account books.

Sara Ali Khan who represented India at the 76th Cannes Film Festival talked about promoting her Indianness on the global platform.
