Aaliya Siddiqui Deportation: The tumultuous saga surrounding the divorce of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui has taken yet another unexpected turn. Aaliya Siddiqui, who was an part of the second season of Bigg Boss OTT 2 is currently residing in Dubai with their children due to their school commitments.

Nawazuddin and Aaliya's feud grabbed headlines earlier this year when Aaliya accused her estranged husband of abuse, rape, and the misuse of his power. She also alleged that Nawazuddin had 'disowned' their children and claimed that his mother, Mehrunisa, had prevented her from entering his Mumbai residence.

AALIYA SIDDIQUI ISSUED DEPORTATION NOTICE

While the dispute appeared to have subsided following several court proceedings, it has now taken a different turn. In the latest development, Aaliya has been served with an eviction notice by Dubai Rental Disputes officials. Additionally, the Dubai government has issued a deportation notice to her for failing to pay rent.

According to a report from ETimes, Aaliya Siddiqui received a visit from officials from the Dubai Rental Disputes department on September 7th, accompanied by an eviction notice. Furthermore, the Dubai government has issued a deportation notice to Aaliya as she failed to pay her rent obligations.

It's worth mentioning that despite a request from the Bombay High Court for Nawazuddin Siddiqui to provide financial transaction details, the actor failed to comply.

AALIYA SIDDIQUI SEEKS SUPPORT FROM INDIAN EMBASSY IN DUBAI

The eviction notice served to Aaliya Siddiqui requires her to pay a staggering sum of 27,183,00 dirhams, equivalent to the rental value, to avoid eviction and potential legal consequences. If she fails to meet this financial obligation, she could be forced to leave Dubai.In response to this challenging situation, it is reported that Aaliya is seeking assistance from the Indian Embassy in Dubai.

In her previous interactions with the media, Aaliya had said, "I want him to have the Dubai house agreement changed in his name. He is going to be the provider and if anything goes wrong here for us, it will give us more security if he holds the reins.As for the money part, Nawaz has been now paying up as per the Court orders. I think we should settle the Agreement thing in this visit."
