The actress created waves with her chemistry with Pratik Sehajpal in the hit music video and now, she is all set to foray into Bollywood.

Kashika, who will turn 21 on Saturday (February 18), exclusively spoke to Filmibeat and shared her birthday plans. She also revealed how her family members gave her a surprise, bringing a smile to her face.

"This year's birthday is very special for me. I am turning 21 this year and I am going to spend my birthday doing what I love the most, that is be in front of the camera (giggles). It's a working birthday, and I am so so excited to spend this birthday with my cast crew and the team," Kashika said.

Talking about the special surprise that her family gave her, she quipped, "Even my family has surprised me by coming here to celebrate my birthday. As I am in Varanasi shooting for my Bollywood debut with Anuj Saini in a romcom directed by Prradeep Khairwar, I am going to keep my birthday plans super simple. I will spend my day shooting and end the night with an intimate dinner with my family.".

"For me, spending quality time with my loved ones is the best birthday gift that I can ask for. I'm fortunate to have few people in my life who truly care and understand me and express it at every opportunity," the talented actress added.

There's no doubt the birthday will be quite memorabe for Kashika as she is busy shooting for her debut film. "This birthday is a little extra special as I will complete my dream of making my big bollywood debut before I turn 21 and I am just so proud of myself," she concluded.

Kashika Kapoor, who enjoys a significant fan following, has also featured in O Mere Dil Ke Chain, Neendra and Sachcha Wala Pyaar. She made her digital debut with the Vibe Hunters.
