Proud Father Farhan Akhtar Celebrates Daughter's Graduation With Ex-Wife Adhuna; See ICONIC Family Pics
Farhan Akhtar Daughter Convocation: Actor-producer Farhan Akhtar is filled with joy and pride as his eldest daughter, Shakya Akhtar, successfully completed her graduation from Lancaster University, UK.
On July 18, Farhan took to social media and shared some happy pictures and videos with her fans from his daughter's convocation, and it's all love. The event was made even more special by the presence of Farhan's father, renowned screenwriter Javed Akhtar, and his ex-wife, Adhuna Bhabani.

Farhan Akhtar shared a series of photos on his Instagram page that featured his entire family, including his wife Shibani Dandekar, his ex-wife Adhuna Bhabani, his father Javed Akhtar, his wife Shabana Azmi, and his ex-wife Honey Irani (Farhan's mom).
The post also included a video of Shakya receiving her college degree on stage. In the other three pictures, Shakya is seen posing with parents Farhan and Adhuna, grandfather Javed, and grandmother Honey, respectively.
"Congratulations to our graduate, Shakya .. such a proud moment to be there as a family and celebrate your achievement. Onwards and upwards .. the world is yours. Missed you @akiraakhtar @zoieakhtar #lancasteruniversity #batchof2023," Farhan wrote along with the post.
He also mentioned that his sister Zoya Akhtar and younger daughter Akira Akhtar were missed, as they couldn't attend the event.
Reacting to Farhan's post, Zoya commented, "FOMO!!!!! Congratulations my Shakalaka baby!!! Your are the smartest in the clan."
Arjun Rampal, Farhan's Rock On co-star, also congratulated and wrote, "Many many congratulations to Dear Shakya. All the luck and love for your beautiful future." Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan, Priety Zinta, and director Abhishek Kapoor too sent their wishes to the family.

The photos shared by Farhan are indeed iconic, as they feature Farhan's present wife, Shibani, and his ex-wife, Adhuna, along with Javed Akhtar's present and ex-wife, Shabana, and Honey, in the same frame. This truly shows the respect they have for each other.
Farhan and Adhuna, who is a hairstylist, met on the sets of his directorial debut, Dil Chahta Hai, and got married in 2000. The couple have two daughters, Shakya and Akira, and got divorced in 2017. Farhan gave love a second chance and tied the knot with Shibani Dandekar last year.
