Ganapath Review: Tiger’s Film Disappoints Fans; Netizens Reveal What’s Good & What’s Bad In The Film

What’s Good What’s Bad In Tiger & Kriti’s Ganapath

Tiger Shroff has successfully carved a niche for himself as an action star in the industry and is known for his breathtaking stunts onscreen. And now, the handsome hunk is making the headlines for his recent release Ganapath which is a dystopian action film and has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the movie also stars Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.

Interestingly, Ganapath: A Hero Is Born has created a substantial buzz in the town with its impressive trailer and stellar star cast. For the uninitiated, Ganapath marks Tiger's second collaboration with Kriti Sanon. Tiger and Kriti had earlier collaborated for the 2014 release Heropanti which also marked the duo's debut film

And while Ganapath has opened amid much fanfare, here's what the audience is saying about this Tiger and Kriti starrer:

What's Bad About Ganapath:

Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon's Ganapath have turned out to be a disappointment for the fans. From VFX to storyline and even the cinematography, Ganapath seems to have failed to keep the audience intrigued. A Twitter user took to the micro-blogging site Twitter (now X) and wrote, "Movie without soul, confusing vision of director, future k naam pe singapore ki color xerox & bachpan k video game ka background in neon light, vijay setupati ki 2 copy wala character, badle k naam pe satta, thodi baaghi baaki same tiger,no connection with Ganpati". Another user tweeted, "#Ganapath #GanapathReview Bakwas till interval. Bad editing, acting, song, action. Paisa barbaad movie"

What's Good About Ganapath

Ganapath makers have also been garnering praises for a brave attempt to make a dystopian action film. A Twitter user wrote, "Ganapath: Bollywood action at its best! #TigerShroff and #KritiSanon nail it. First half is good, but the second half is a thrilling rollercoaster with an epic climax. Don't miss it. I'd give it 4 stars". On the other hand, ace trade analyst Ramesh Bala called Ganapath a treat for Tiger's fans and said that the movie is the most advanced action film of his career.

Meanwhile, Ganapath is likely to make an opening day collection of Rs 4 crores as per a report published in Sacnilk. If the reports turned out to be true, Ganapath will mark Tiger's lowest opener of the career.
