Ganesh Chaturthi 2023: Kartik, Fukrey 3 Team & Other Stars Visit Lalbaugcha Raja; Seek Bappa’s Blessings

It is that time of the year when the entire nation is taken over by the festive mood as they welcome Lord Ganesha. Yes! We are talking about the holy festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, a 10 day long celebration, which binds the entire country together. Ganesh Chaturthi or Ganeshotsav is celebrated with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm across the nation.

Interestingly, Ganesh Chaturthi is also quite popular in the tinselvile and several celebs are seen celebrating it in a grand way - be it bringing Bappa home or visiting the much popular Lalbaugcha Raja, the film industry. And while the grand celebrations of Ganes Chaturthi has begun, here's how our celebs from the industry are celebrating the holy festival.

Kartik Aaryan, who was last seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha with Kiara Advani, was seen visiting Lalbaugcha Raja to seek blessings the first day of Ganesh Chaturthi. He opted for a pink kurta and white pyjama as he visited the Lalbaugcha Raja on the holy occasion.

Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan, who is known for celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with a lot of excitement, also welcomed Bappa home with a grand celebration. Several celebs were also seen paying a visit to Arpita's residence for the festival.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who has been an ardent fan of Lord Ganesha, was seen taking Bappa home recently. And today, the diva shared a beautiful glimpse of Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on social media, wherein she looked stunning in her cream saree with yellow borders which was paired with a heavily embroidered blouse. On the other hand, Raj Kundra and kids wore matching cream coloured outfits.

As Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Richa Chadha and others are looking forward to the grand release of Fukrey 3, the team were seen seeking blessings at Lalbaughcha Raja.

Anushka Sharma took to social media to share a glimpse of her Ganpati idol and extend her warm wishes on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2023.

Salman Khan and his family are ardent devotees of Lord Ganesha, and like every year, this year too, the Khan family welcomed Bappa into their home. Continuing with the tradition, Salman, his brothers, their kids, and parents, along with stepmother Helen, visited Arpita Khan-Aayush Sharma's home for Ganpati darshan and aarti. On his Instagram page, Salman also posted a video of the aarti. He performed the aarti while holding Arpita-Aayush's daughter, Ayat Sharma.

On Wednesday, September 20, actresses Esha Deol and Varun Dhawan were spotted visiting the iconic Lalbaugcha Raja idol barefoot to offer prayers. Esha wore a green saree and complemented the look with heavy jewelry. Varun Dhawan opted for a yellow kurta and jeans as he visited the pandal with his family and the producer of his next film, VD18, Murad Khetani.

A day after welcoming Bappa into her home, Shilpa Shetty on Wednesday was seen dancing her heart out on the beats of dhol at the deity's visarjan. Dressed in a traditional Marathi saree nauvari, Shilpa looked breathtaking in a pink-hued saree with contrasting blue. She tied her hair into a bun and added a bunch of flowers, bangles, and a bindi to complete the look.

Salman Khan, along with Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, visited sister Arpita and Aayush Sharma's house for Ganpati puja. Salman wore a blue shirt with black trousers; the politician was dressed in white. They also posed for the shutterbugs.
