Archies Stars Celebrate Independence Day By Serving Food: In what can be dubbed a unique way to celebrate Independence Day, the young faces of the entertainment industry came together to volunteer at a restaurant in Mumbai.

Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor, along with their fellow co-stars from Zoya Akhtar's upcoming adaptation of The Archies, joined hands to serve a delectable feast to guests at a renowned restaurant.

Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Saigal (known by her stage name Dot), Vedang Raina, and Yuvraj Menda gathered at the plush restaurant, all adorned in traditional attire, perfectly complementing the patriotic occasion.

The special Independence Day event, dubbed the "Independence Day Daawat" by The Bombay Canteen, saw these starlets take on the role of food servers. The young talents added a personal touch to the celebration as they took pride in personally serving scrumptious meals to the guests.

Sharing the pictures of the Independence Day celebration, The Bombay Canteen's official Instagram handle wrote, "Look who took a break from Pop Tate's to show up at The Bombay Canteen? The Archies! Always showing up for a good cause, The Archies volunteered at our Independence Day Daawat to lend a hand and pass on the plate! It was an absolute delight to have The Archies join our mission that brings people together over good food, for a good cause! We cannot wait to see what good they are up to next! Thank you Archie, Veronica, Betty, Reggie, Jughead, Ethel and Dilton! They have a film releasing later this year called The Archies! And we can't wait to Netflix and chill with them."

Returning to 'The Archies', the cinematic creation directed by Zoya Akhtar, introduces a trio of promising debutantes: Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan; Khushi Kapoor, daughter of Boney Kapoor; and Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan. The teaser of the upcoming teen musical comedy film was unveiled recently and it is set to premiere on Netflix starting November 24, 2023.
