IPL 2023: The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League kick starts today at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The opening match will see the clash between defending champions Gujarat Titans and four-time winner Chennai Super Kings.

But before the match begins, cricket fans are set to witness some spectacular performances by Bollywood celebrities. Ahead of the match, the stadium is packed with crowds cheering for their favorite team.

ARIJIT SINGH OPENS THE IPL 2023 CEREMONY ON A HIGH NOTE

Arjit Singh opened the ceremony on a high note. He was welcomed by the crowds with cheers. Apart from Arijit Singh, cricket fans are in for the spectacular dance grooves of Tamanna Bhatia and Rashmika Mandana.

Certain reports also state the possibility of Katrina Kaif and Tiger Shroff performing at the event, although there is no confirmation yet. As slated the ceremony started at 6 PM.

IPL 2023 opening ceremony: Venue, Date, And Time On March 31, the opening ceremony of the IPL 2023 will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The event will take place just before the first encounter between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings, which is scheduled for 7:30 PM IST.
