As the nation is gearing up for the release of Atlee directorial Jawan, one of Shah Rukh Khan's die-hard fans made headlines after he booked an entire theatre for a special guest list. It is reported that the fan reserved an entire auditorium for his 36 girlfriends, 72 ex-girlfriends, and 80 friends. The news caught SRK's attention and he tweeted saying, "Wah bhai teri toh Jawani phoot phoot kar chamak rahi hai!!! Ha ha Aish kar. #Jawan"

Jawan, featuring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead, is set to hit approximately 5,500 screens across India and 4,500 screens in international markets upon its release. This global screen count of around 10,000 screens not only marks a significant milestone for a Hindi film but also positions it as one of the most extensively screened Indian films to date. For context, SRK's previous release, Pathaan, had premiered on 5,500 screens in India and 2,700 screens in international markets.

Ahead of its theatrical release on September 7, the makers held a screening at YRF studios. The screening was attended by several Bollywood celebrities including Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sunil Grover, Sanya Malhotra, Mukesh Chhabra, Bhushan kumar among several others.

Manoj Desai, who serves as the executive director of Gaiety Galaxy, and Maratha Mandir Cinema, told PTI, “By Thursday, it will be houseful. We are happy with the golden run of movies in theatres, especially in single-screen theatres. I think because of Pathaan and Gadar 2, the business in single screen has revived. The industry has bounced back in a big way. With ‘Jawan things are looking positive.'

Jawan is set to release globally on September 7.
