CBI

court

to
paucity
of
evidence,
this
court
can't

Pancholi)
guilty,
hence
acquitted".

is
how
did
my
child
die?
So,
the
cause
of
death
is
still
pending.

is

and
now,

is
gone,
the

still
is
hanging.

is
a

approach
the
high
court".

six-page
letter
was
also
received
from
her
residence.
Later
Sooraj
Pancholi
was
arrested
by

cops

prison.
It
was
in
2014,
Jiah
Khan's
death
case
was
transferred
to
CBI
and
the
authority
had
termed

case
as

abetment
to
suicide
in

court

Sooraj
Pancholi

abetment

suicide,
he
denied
the
charges.
