Josh Top Bengali Creators Enjoy A Meet-And-Greet at Cafe Calcutta Classics
Josh, an indigenous short video app from India, has rapidly emerged as the leading contender in the market, bolstered by a large user base and overwhelming popularity. The app's diverse features and offerings have garnered immense praise from content creators and viewers alike, making them highly satisfied with their experience.
In addition to its impressive features, Josh fosters a strong sense of community among creators by organizing meetups that encourage collaboration and growth. Recently, the app hosted an event for top Bengali creators in Kolkata as a part of its collaboration with Cafe Calcutta Classics, further strengthening the bond between the platform and its talented user base. For the unversed, Cafe Calcutta Classics is a modern cafe based in Bally Howrah, Kolkata.
The creators' meet-up at the cafe was held on July 23. A total of 24 creators and two KOL's were invited to the event.
Prior to that, a campaign named #BongSwag was introduced on the app for the event's promotion. It witnessed participation from over 2500 creators. Based on their active participation on Josh, awards were given to three creators:
The awards were specially curated from an online gift shop called The Strange Goods, owned by Sekhar Das. The Strange Goods is also giving out photo frames as gratification for the #BongSwag campaign.
During the grand event, there were three performances by creators. Besides that, Kishor and Aniket did dance performances, and Anurag Chatterjee and Soumili Mondal impressed the attendees with their singing performances.
Performers were gratified with T-shirts from the Bongmade online shop . The awards were handed over to the winners by special celebrity guests - SVF Kols Ananya and Raja.
After lunch, there were a few fun games like Musical Pillow and Do You Dare for creators. The winners of the games were gratified with cool T-shirts from another online shop called BongMade. Finally, the event was wrapped after cutting a Josh Themed cake baked by the cafe itself.
Creators expressed their happiness and said, "Josh always gratifies its creators from time and time, being on Josh was one of the best decisions. Be it the support from our managers or family build by creators its one of the best. Thank you Josh."
