Ghus Ke Maara: Kangana Praises Javed Akhtar For Telling Pakistan Indians Will Never Forget Mumbai 26/11 Attack
Kangana Ranaut has heaped praises for writer and lyricist Javed Akhtar for his comments on the 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.

Actress Kangana Ranaut is one of the most controversial stars of the cinema fraternity. Known for her expressive attitude, the actor keeps grabbing headlines for her famous remarks on her co-actors. However, she enjoys a massive fan-following, and her talent is widely appreciated. Recently, the actress took to Twitter to praise writer-poet-lyricist, Javed Akhtar for his straight-forward remarks on the 26/11 terrorist attacks, during an event that he attended in Pakistan.
Javed Akhtar during the event said that Pakistanis should not feel offended when India talks about the 26/11 attacks, as the perpetrators of the carnage are Pakistanis and are still roaming freely.
He further added that "We hosted big functions of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Mehdi Hasan. But pakistan has organized a function for Lata Mangeshkar."

Kangana, retweeted the video which shows the prolific writer saying, "The attackers weren't from Norway, or from Egypt. They are still present in your country, so you should not be offended if an Indian complains about this."

Kangana's Feud With Javed Akhtar
Kangana's praise for Javed Akhtar came as a surprise for many as Javed Akhtar had earlier filed a defamation complaint against the actress. In the complaint, he had claimed that the actress had hinted at him during an interview about the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, while referring to a 'coterie' that exists in Bollywood.
Later, the actress had filed a counter-compliant against Javed for alleging him of 'extortion and criminal intimidation'.

On the work front, the Panga actress will be next seen in Emergency, which she has also directed. The political drama, which is based on the life of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, will hit the silver screens in the month of October. The upcoming film also stars Mahima Choudhary, Anupam Kher, Milind Soman and Shreyas Talpade in key roles.
