Yami Gautam's latest release, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga alongside Sunny Kaushal has created a global buzz.

Helmed by Ajay Singh, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga presents the story of a flight attendant (Yami Gautam) and her boyfriend (Sunny Kaushal), who make a plan to steal a cache of diamonds to get rid of an old debt, but things take an unexpected turn as they get into a hostage situation, 40,000 above the ground.

The gripping plot and stellar performance of the star cast have helped the film gain its position as the top 10 trending titles across the globe. Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga, released on Netflix on March 24, 2023, has garnered a massive viewership of 29 million hours globally, defeating RRR and Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi.

As soon as the movie achieved its feat, Yami Gautam took to Instagram to celebrate the success with her fans. She shared a post by Netflix, that says Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga is the 'most viewed Indian film globally' on the OTT platform.

Yami's post was re-shared by Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut who praised Yami for her quietly delivering the most successful films without creating a hullabaloo and even congratulated the entire star cast. The Queen actress wrote, "@yamigautam is doing so well, consistently and quietly delivering the most successful films... so inspiring. Congratulations to the entire team."

Kangana and Yami have always admired each other. Yami recently opened up on her bond with Kangana and said during an interview with DNA, "I think it comes from the fact that we hail from the same state and of course, she is a fantastic actress. She is one of the best we have. For me, the first way of admiration will always be work whether it is Kangana or Vidya (Vidya Balan) or so many other actresses. And then the fact that she wished me on my wedding."
