Kangana Ranaut Reacts To Karan Johar’s EXCITED Comment

Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar's public spat has hogged the spotlight over the past few years. So, when KJo expressed his excitement for Kangana's upcoming film Emergency during an interview with The Indian Express, it took everyone by surprise.

The revelation quickly gained traction across social media platforms, sparking a flurry of reactions. However, Kangana Ranaut's response to Karan's statement has caught particular attention.

Taking to her social media platform, X (previously known as Twitter), Kangana expressed her fear regarding Karan's newfound support.

Reacting to a tweet, she wrote, "Ha ha last time, when he said he was excited to see Manikarnika, the worst smear campaign of my life was unleashed upon me on its releasing weekend... Almost all main actors working in the film were paid to sling mud on me and sabotage the film and suddenly the most successful weekend of my life was turned into a living nightmare for me... Ha ha I am scared now, very scared... because he is excited again..."

Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut's long-standing public feud has consistently captured media attention. Over the course of several years, they've engaged in verbal clashes both in interviews and on social media platforms. The inception of this feud dates back to the time when Kangana made an appearance during the fifth season of his talk show, "Koffee With Karan," where she labeled him as the 'flag-bearer of nepotism.'

She went on to say during the show, "In my biopic, if ever it's made, you'll play that stereotypical Bollywood biggie, who is like you know, very snooty and completely intolerant towards outsiders, flag-bearer of nepotism, the movie mafia."

Talking about the film, Emergency features Kangana Ranaut in the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and is set to release in November 2023. The film also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, Shreyas Talpade, and Milind Soman in pivotal roles.
