Sending out a message to Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday, September 7, Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram Stories, where she shared a poster of Jawan and penned a long note for the actor, praising him for his exceptional performance in the film.

She hailed him as a 'mass super hero' and also called him the god of cinema. Kangana, in her post, also recalled how people used to mock the Pathaan actor for his choices and mentioned that his struggle is an example for all artists.

She wrote, "From being the ultimate lover boy of the nineties to a decade-long struggle again to reinvent his connection with his audience in his late forties to mid fifties and ultimately rising as the quintessential Indian mass super hero at the age of 60 (almost) Is nothing short of super heroic even in real life."

Well, Kangana Ranaut's post got backfired, and netizens took to Reddit to call her out for her double standards. Many dropped witty comments and slammed her for being sweet after defaming Shah Rukh's family during the Aryan Khan drug case.

One user trolled her and wrote, "Okay Kangana. Just maintain this sanity and we might start liking you again." Another one said, "Kangu trying to repair burnt bridges." Other one wrote, "What was her comments on Aryan Khan's controversy??? SRK will be forever grateful for her appreciation."
