Kanwar Chahal Passes Away: The popular Punjabi singer who once worked with Shehnaaz Gill passed away on May 4. He was 29. His death's cause is unknown yet; however, media reports suggest that his father confirmed his death.

The young Punjabi singing sensation enjoyed an immense fan following on social media. Known for his songs like "Ik Vaar," "Door," and "Brand", Kanwar often interacted with his fans.

Kanwar was also an avid music listener and he frequently worked with other vocalists. The news of his untimely and unfortunate demise has shocked his fans. His fans wanted to know the reason for this unfortunate incident which is yet to be disclosed. A report on Latestly.com suggests that Kanwar's last rituals will take place near Bhikhi, Mansa, Bheekhi, near Kotra Kalam.

WHO WAS KANWAR CHAHAL?

The Punjabi singer, Kanwar Chahal was born in Bhikhi, Mansa, Punjab on June 22, 1993. He earned a veterinary science bachelor's degree from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Before making his singing debut in 2015, he practiced veterinary. His first song was released in 2025, titled, 'Tere Naa'.

Kanwar worked with several Punjabi artists such as Diljit Dosanjh and Babbu Maan. He has also performed at major live events, including the PTC Punjabi Music Awards 2018. He also worked with Shehnaaz Gill in Majhe Di Jatti in 2020.

The music video was a massive hit and was well-received by the audience.
