Kiara Advani Reveals What She Felt When She Saw Her Husband Sidharth Malhotra For First Time At Their Wedding

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra recently made their first public appearance as a married couple following their wedding celebrations. Kiara was honoured with the Star of the Year award on Saturday night, at the News18 Showsha Reel Awards. It is her first accolade since tying the knot. In her acceptance speech, she expressed her gratitude to all those who supported her throughout her journey, including filmmaker Karan Johar, who was in attendance. She also revealed how she felt when she first saw Sidharth Malhotra waiting for her at the mandap.

During the event, host Maniesh Paul congratulated Kiara Advani on her marriage and her emotional state before walking down the aisle. Sharing how she felt at that moment, Kiara said she was overwhelmed, but as soon as she saw her husband-to-be, she knew it was the right decision. In the wedding video, Kiara is seen walking down the aisle and dancing while Sid stands on the other side, asking her to hurry. The video went viral on social media.

In the video circulating on the internet, Kiara is seen saying, "Main bahut emotional thi lekin jaise hi darwaze khule, and I saw him, andar se I was like, 'Yay! I'm getting married. Aur woh feeling leke main aage chali. And of course, if you marry someone you love then you will feel that way na?" At this point, Manish is seen teasing Sidharth and asking him to hug his wife for winning the award.

Sidharth walks up to the stage and hugs Kiara while fireworks are lit. The actors' fans were all praising them in the comment section, and one called Kiara "Mrs. Malhotra," while several others called them "the cutest."

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra got married in a grand, intimate wedding at Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan on February 7. Later, they hosted two receptions, one in Delhi and another for industry friends in Mumbai on February 12.
