Talking
about
playing
bold
and
daring
Habiba
in
Bambai
Meri
Jaan,
Kritika
says,
"It's
challenging,
kyuki
yeh
relatable
nahi
hai;
yeh
world
is
relatable
nahi
hai,
kabhi
dekha
nahi,
kabhi
suna
nahi,
kisiko
jante
nahi
hai.
Koi
reference
point
nahi
hai,
kisiko
puch
nahi
sakte
ki
aap
batao
kese
hota
hai."
"Here,
what
really
helps
is
a
very
well-written
script.
In
this
case,
we
had
that.
Hamare
script
mein
itna
kuch
tha,
itna
research
already
kiya
hua
tha
show
pe,
toh
humko
sirf
who
material
ko
understand
karna
tha
ki
inki
duniya
kesi
hai,
who
are
these
people,
what
are
their
values,
what
are
their
motivations.
Why
do
they
think
like
this?
Then
just
create
a
new
character
out
of
the
tools
that
you
already
have.
You
can't
delve
into
memory
for
these
kinds
of
things,
or
you
can't
delve
into
personal
experiences.
So
you
have
to
use
your
imagination," she
added.
Kritika
Kamra
on
the
criteria
for
choosing
a
good
script
Further,
sharing
the
process
of
choosing
the
right
script,
Kritika
said,
"I
don't
carry
the
baggage
of
my
previous
work
when
I
start
something
new.
Whenever
I'm
picking
a
script,
there
is
always
a
conscious
choice
to
choose
something
different.
I
don't
want
to
repeat
myself.
It's
boring
for
me
as
an
actor;
it's
boring
for
the
audience."
"I
want
to
attempt
new
things.
I
know
that
that
comes
with
a
risk
of
failing-a
great
risk
of
failing-because
everything
you
experiment
with,
you
can't
be
great,
but
so
far
it's
been
rewarding
in
my
case,
and
those
gambles
have
worked
out.
This
gives
me
confidence
to
continue
doing
that
because
you
want
to
have
a
wide
range
as
an
actor,
and
that's
very
important
to
me
because
maybe
I
want
to
be
known
as
an
actor," she
added.
She
then
mentioned
that,
as
an
actor,
she
is
constantly
working
to
better
herself,
and
that
is
what
drives
her.
"So,
I
think
a
lot
while
choosing
a
script,
but
when
I'm
doing
the
role,
there
is
no
pressure
about
my
previous
work."
"But
there's
always
going
to
be
some
spillover.
A
little
bit
of
your
personality
will
always
spill.
That's
what
makes
a
character
believable
because
you
are
eventually
going
to
look
inward
and
find
certain
emotions
and
certain
things
with
this
character,"
Kritika
stated.
