Kritika Kamra On Dussehra: Festive season has just begun, and people are all caught up in making sure that they enjoy the time to the fullest and remain dutiful to their traditions.

The nine-day Nvaratri festival has finally commenced today as people across the nation celebrated Vijayadashami, or Dussehra, which is observed on the tenth day of the festivities, where devotees mark reverence to Goddess Durga.

An important Hindu festival, Dussehra holds great significance as it was on the same day when Lord Ram won over demon god Ravana; thus, several places across the country perform the efficacy of Ravan, symbolising the triumph of virtue over evil.

It's not only the common people, but several celebrities who also celebrate the festival with great enthusiasm, and one of them is Kritika Kamra. The talented actress, who was recently seen in Amazon Prime Video's crime thriller series Bombay Meri Jaan, opened up about how she celebrates the festival and also sent a message to her fans.

In a candid chat with Filmibeat, Kritika sent good wishes to her fans on Dussehra and said, "For me, yeh jo festivals ke rituals hote hai ya uske liye jo tyar hona hota hai, khana pina, wohi sabse exciting cheez hoti hai wahi memories banti hai hamare liye. I'm not a very religious person, but main yeh sab karti hu because of the nostalgia and as part of our cultural thing."

Sending a sweet message to her fans, the KItani Mohabbat Hai actress said, "Have fun and enjoy the time with your family; do the rituals. Jo jese manate hai festival ko manaye aur chuti ko enjoy kare."

Talking on the work front, Kritika Kamra revealed that her next project is ready, and fans might hear some update soon.

The actress started her career with television serials and has acted in shows like Kitani Mohabbat Hai, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Reporters, and Prem Ya Paheli-Chandrakanta. She has also participated in the celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

She made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with Mitron and has since appeared in some acclaimed web series as well. She was recently seen in Bambai Meri Jaan, where she played the role of Habiba Kadri.
