Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 ‘Most Waahiyat Film, Says KRK; Gives His Box Office Prediction

Ever since the trailer was dropped online, "Gadar 2" has been the talk of the town, but in a recent tweet, self-proclaimed Critic Kamaal Rashid Khan, aka KRK, has already predicted the film's fate at the box office.

KRK, who is known for making outrageous remarks about Bollywood and celebrities, quite actively shares his opinions on films on social media. The trade analyst and former actor has been targeting Sunny Deol and "Gadar 2", since its trailer was released.
And now, in a new tweet, he has already predicted the film's fate at the box office and called it "waahiyat." Taking to the microblogging site Twitter, KRK mentioned that the film is unlikely to survive at the box office based on someone else who has watched the movie.
"Someone has watched film #Gadar2 and according to him, It's one of the most Waahiyat film of the year. Anil Sharma's direction is like 80s direction. The story and screenplay is very weak. The Film can't survive even for three days at the box office," he tweeted.
Reacting to his claims, one said, "So a positive sign for OMG 2 if it's content is good." Another commented, "The buzz is only due to the franchisee, which can pull crowd for the first 3 days only. This can be dangerous for the movie of it fails to carry forward the legacy of #Gadar the prequel."
"No screening has been held. I have it on good account! If you have guts name that someone.. btw if you say its bad then it must be amazing," wrote a netizen.

About Gadar 2
Directed by Anil Sharma, "Gadar" was one of the highest grossing films of 2001. Its sequel features Ameesha Patel and Sunny in the lead roles. Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, and Luv Sinha will be seen as supporting characters.
The film's synopsis read: "During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, Tara Singh returns to Pakistan to bring his son, Charanjeet, back home."
Meanwhile, "Gadar 2" will clash with Askshay Kumar's "OMG 2" on August 11.
