Krk Trolls Ananya Panday: Ananya Panday and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Dream Girl 2 is one of the most anticipated movies of 2023. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on August 25.
The lead actors are presently fully engaged in the active promotion of the movie. While the film's trailer has generated immense buzz, the follow-up movie of 2019's hit Dream Girl promises to provide some rib-tickling moments and thrills.
Meanwhile, self-proclaimed critic KRK, in a tweet, talked about how much Dream Girl 2 will make on its opening day.
KRK predicts Dream Girl 2's opening day numbers
Kamaal R Khan, aka KRK, who is known for making absurd and insensitive remarks on Bollywood and celebrities, took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and shared his thoughts on how much Dream Girl 2 will mint on its opening day.
In his tweet, KRK mentioned, "Means film will do ₹3-4Cr business on day 1." Well, we exactly don't know how correct his estimation is, but we are sure about one thing, that fans are eagerly waiting to watch their favourite Ayushmann Khurrana back on screen.
About Dream Girl 2
Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures, Dream Girl 2 is follow up story of superhit 2019 movie of the same name.
Besides Ayushmann and Ananya, the comedy drama has an ensemble cast featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Asrani, Abhishek Banerjee, Manjot Singh, and Seema Pahwa. The film is releasing on September 25.
Its synopsis read: "Karam, a small-town boy from Mathura, is struggling every day to pay his father's debt, who has borrowed money from nearly everyone on the planet. On the other hand, he is deeply in love with Pari, whose father has kept the conditions to marry her. To make ends meet, Karam poses as Pooja, which creates wild chaos and a comedy of errors."
