SATISH
KAUSHIK'S
MANAGER
REVEALS
ACTOR'S
LAST
WORDS
BEFORE
DIEING
During
a
recent
interaction
with
The
Times
of
India,
Satish
Kaushik's
manager,
Santosh
Rai,
stated
that
everything
was
good
during
dinner
time,
but
Satish
called
him
around
midnight
and
complained
of
discomfort
and
difficulty
breathing.
He
informed
the
portal
that
they
were
supposed
to
reach
Mumbai
on
March
9
by
8.50
in
the
morning.
Both
went
to
sleep
early,
he
said.
However,
at
around
11
on
March
8,
Santosh
said
that
Satish
called
him
and
asked
him
to
fix
his
Wifi
password
as
he
wanted
to
see
his
upcoming
directorial,
Kaagaz
2.
He
then
adds,
"At
12:05
am
he
started
calling
out
my
name
very
loudly.
I
came
running
and
asked
him,
"What
happened,
sir?
Kyun
chilla
rahe
ho?
Why
didn't
you
call
me
on
phone
instead?" He
told
me,
"Listen,
I
am
having
difficulty
in
breathing.
Please
take
me
to
a
doctor."
Immediately,
he
and
I
went
towards
the
car
and
he
sat
down."
Santosh
also
revealed
that
he
had
called
Anupam
Kher
as
Satish
had
told
him
to
call
Kher
and
Anil
Kapoor
in
case
something
happened
to
him.
Further
revealing
what
happened
in
the
car
on
the
way
to
the
hospital,
Santosh
said,
"As
we
started
and
went
a
little
ahead,
his
chest
pain
increased,
and
he
said,
'Jaldi
chalo
hospital'.
Then
putting
his
head
on
Santosh's
shoulder,
the
actor
had
said,
'Santosh,
main
marna
nahin
chahta,
mujhe
bacha
lo'.
We
reached
the
hospital
(Fortis
Hospital)
in
eight
minutes
as
the
road
was
empty
maybe
because
of
Holi,
but
by
the
time
we
entered
the
premises,
he
was
unconscious.
He
also
told
me
a
few
more
things
in
the
car.
He
held
me
and
said,
'Mujhe
Vanshika
ke
liye
jeena
hai.
Mujhe
lagta
hai
main
nahi
bachunga.
Shashi
aur
Vanshika
ka
khayyal
rakhna'."
Anupam
Kher,
who
was
Satish
Kaushik's
close
friend
and
colleague,
was
the
most
affected
by
the
actor's
demise.
Breaking
the
news
of
his
demise,
Kher
wrote,
"I
know
"death
is
the
ultimate
truth
of
this
world!"
But
I
never
thought
in
my
dreams
that
I
would
write
this
thing
about
my
best
friend
#SatishKaushik
while
alive.
Such
a
sudden
full
stop
on
a
friendship
of
45
years!!
Life
will
NEVER
be
the
same
without
you
SATISH!
Om
Shanti!"
