Main Hoon Atal: Pankaj Tripathi Looks Unrecognisable As He Shines As ‘Man Of Steel’ In New Posters

The year 2023 has turned out to be very special for Pankaj Tripathi and he has all the reasons to be on cloud nine. He has won hearts with his stint in movies in Akshay Kumar's OMG 2 and Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma starrer Fukrey 3. Besides, Pankaj Tripathi was also honoured with the prestigious National Award in the best supporting actor category for Mimi.

And now, Pankaj Tripathi is making headlines for his upcoming film Main Hoon Atal, which happens to be a biopic on the former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The actor plays the titular role in the film which is helmed by Ravi Jadhav and is written by Rishi Virmani and Ravi Jadhav, while the film is produced by Vinod Bhanushali's Bhanushali Studios Limited.

Interestingly, the makers have unveiled three new posters of Main Hoon Atal which has got everyone intrigued. The first poster features Pankaj Tripathi gazing out of the window with his back facing the camera while standing in his office, apparently the Prime Minister's Office. The tagline of the poster read as , "Heart of gold, Man of steel."

The second poster is a close up pic with the tag line, "The poet who rewrote history". Interestingly, the third poster also had a glimpse of other cast of the film and it had the tagline as, "Heart of Gold... Man of Steel... A versatile Poet... The visionary behind the New India".

Interestingly, the makers also unveiled the new release date for Main Hoon Atal and revealed that the movie will be hitting the screens on January 19 2024.

Earlier, when Pankaj was roped in for the film, he had shared a heartfelt note on social media which read as, "A little excitement, fear and with a lot of feelings of sincerity in my heart, I am devoted to playing the role of Atal - "I am Atal". Portraying his role is no less than appearing for an examination. But I have his blessing with me and I have full faith. #MainAtalHoon" (loosely translated from his original quote in Hindi).
