Miss India 2023: Rajasthan’s Nandini Gupta Wins The Coveted Trophy; Kartik Aaryan Congratulates The Winners

Miss India 2023: Rajasthan's Nandini Gupta was bestowed with the Prestigious title. The grand finale of the Femina Miss India 2023 took place on April 15, 2023, at Imphal's Khuman Lampak Stadium and it was indeed a star-studded event.

While the 19-year-old Nandini bagged the coveted trophy, Delhi's Shreya Poonja was crowned the first runner-up, whereas Manipur's Thounaojam Strela Luwang became the 2nd runner-up.

The star-studded coronation saw aspirants from across India. The elite jury consisted of Femina Miss India Universe 2002 & Mentor Neha Dhupia, ace choreographer Terence Lewis, film director & writer Harshavardhan Kulkarni, boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, and distinguished designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura.

The winner of Nandini was crowned by the Former Femina Miss India 20222 winner Sini Shetty of Karnataka. Nandini will now represent India at Miss World 2024. Shreya and Thounaojam were crowned by former 1st and 2nd runners-up, Rubal Shekhawat of Rajasthan and Shinata Chauhan of Uttar Pradesh respectively.

The 59th edition of India's prestigious pageant ceremony saw several rounds of enchanting fashion sequences that featured the 30 glamorous state winners in a stunning collection by Robert Naorema, Rocky Star, and Namrata Joshipura for Trends.

The gala night that celebrated the ethos of grace, beauty, and intelligence was hosted by the glamorous Bhumi Pednekar and Manish Paul. The star-studded event even witnessed captivating performances by several Bollywood stars including Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan and the gorgeous Ananya Panday.

Former beauty pageant holders Sini Shetty, Rubal Shekhawat, Shinata Chauhan, Manya Singh, Manasa Varanasi, Manika Sheokand, Suman Rao, and Shivani Jadhav too gave enthralling performances in exquisite and finely crafted lehengas from Mohey.

Kartik Aaryan who looked dapper in a black suit for the event took to Instagram and shared a picture with the winners and wrote, "Honoured to be in the beautiful company of winners of Miss India 2023!! Congratulations @nandiniguptaa13 @shreya.poonja @strelaluwang and all the participants as well.'
