Swara Bhasker Pregnancy: Swara Bhasker is an actress who aces the art of making headlines on both personal and professional fronts. The actress is known for her phenomenal performances in movies like Veere Di Wedding, Sheer Qorma, Nil Battey Sannata etc.

However, it was her love life that made her talk of the town early this year when she tied knot with beau Fahad Ahmad in a hush hush wedding. And while she has been enjoying the new phase of her life, Swara took the social media by a storm today as she announced her pregnancy today.

Yes! You read that right. Swara Bhasker is expecting her first baby with Fahad. She made the announcement with a pic of herself with Fahad wherein she was seen flaunting a baby bump. As best wishes have been in order for the mom to be, did you know that Swara wanted to adopt a baby before her wedding?

Swara Bhasker On Her Plans To Embrace Motherhood

This happened post the pandemic wherein she shared her plans about having a family. Talking to India Today, Swara said, "I think the pandemic made me realise that there is a family and there is no replacing family and I think that is basically what it is and I know the waiting period is long and I don't want to get my expectations up very high. But it is done and it now I am a prospective adopting parent and yes, it is very exciting".

Interestingly, she even signed up as an adoptive parent with the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) and stated that her parents were quite supportive of her decision.

Meanwhile, Swara and Fahad will be welcoming their first child in October this year and they are over the moon with this new chapter in their life.

Talking about the work front, Swara will be next seen in Mrs Falani wherein she will be seen playing 9 different characters.
