Nawazuddin Siddiqui Aaliya Siddiqui: Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, have been hogging headlines for the past few months over their troubled marriage. Meanwhile, Aaliya was in the news recently after she posted a photo with her new companion on social media.

Aaliya recently opened up about this mystery man and their new relationship in an interview. She also added that he has no hand in her broken marriage with Nawazuddin and that the two met a year ago in Dubai at a common friend's party.

In the same interview, Aaliya revealed that the mystery man in her life is Italian and works in the IT sector. They met a year ago in Dubai at a common friend's party and instantly connected.

Further, stating that he was the one who first approached her, she shared, "He was a huge emotional support to me in this past year. He wants me to grow in life and be less conscious. He makes me wonder... kaash yeh mujhe pehle mila hota."

"Though he is more comfortable speaking in French and Italian, while I speak Hindi, our common language of communication is English. So, now he is learning Hindi and teaches me his languages. He wants to visit India soon," she added.

She stated, "No one can judge my character on the basis of how happy I feel. I filed for divorce two years ago, long before I met my companion, so he has nothing to do with my broken marriage has ended, but we talk for the sake of our kids. I want Nawaz to do well in life."

She said that their divorce case is still going on and that she has struggled for 19 years in her marriage. She added, "I wouldn't have shared about my (new) relationship on social media... I was mentally exhausted. I have finally moved on and I am in a happy space."

Nawazuddin Siddiqui-Aaliya's ongoing feud

Previously, Aaliya accused Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family of harassment, and in March, she claimed that she and their two children were thrown out of this Mumbai house.

Soon after Nawazuddin filed a defamation case against Aaliya, the two reached a settlement, and the Bombay High Court advised the couple to resolve their differences amicably while thinking about what is best for their kids.
