Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Legal Battle With Wife: The Bollywood actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife Aaliyah Siddiqui have been involved in a legal tussal for a long time now. It all started after Aaliya lodged an FIR against the 'Gangs of Wasseypur' actor and his family, claiming they did not allow her to live at the actor's bungalow in Mumbai.

In the latest development, the 'Sacred Games' actor has informed the Bombay High Court that he will withdraw his legal petition against Aaliya and will revoke his claim of habeas corpus if he is given permission to meet his children. The actor's lawyer, Pradeep Thorat has revealed that Nawaz is concerned for his kids as they are missing their school in Dubai.

As per a report in India Today. Nawazuddin Siddiqui's lawyer shared his statement which read,

"That was the only reason that a habeas corpus was filed. I am aware of the limited relief that I can get in this petition. He has not seen his children physically. This is his limited concern. After that, I will withdraw the petition."

However, Shikhar Khandelwal, Aaliya's lawyer Shikar Khandelwal claimed that it is the actor who is not bothered to meet his children. Shikhar's statement read, "My client is willing to settle the matter. But when she is living with the children at the actor's mother's residence, then how is it possible that he does not know where they are? He is very much free to meet his children. He is the one who is not meeting them."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in 'Heropanti 2' co-starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. He will next be seen in 'Tiku Weds Sheru' opposite Avneet Kaur, who is making her Bollywood debut in the film. Nawaz also has the romantic drama 'Noorani Chehra' opposite Nupur Sanon in his pipeline.
