Jaya Bachchan troll: There is a lot of buzz on social media about season 2 of the hit American sitcom The Big Bang Theory. It all started when a legal notice was sent to Netflix by political analyst Mithun Vijay Kumar over one of the show's episodes. Kumar, who happens to be actress Madhuri Dixit's fan, found a dialogue from the show to be derogatory towards her. In case you're unfamiliar, the episode involves Jim Parsons drawing a comparison between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit Nene.

In the scene, Jim Parsons, who plays Sheldon Cooper, says, Aishwarya 'a poor man's Madhuri Dixit.' To his response, Kunal Nayyar says, "Aishwarya Rai is a goddess, by comparison, Madhuri Dixit is a leprous prostitute." The dialogue didn't go well with political analyst Mithun Vijay Kumar, who slapped Netflix with a legal notice. On the other hand, veteran actress Jaya Bachchan too has reacted to the controversy.

Slamming Kunal Nayyar over The Big Bang Theory dialogue, speaking to the Times of India, Jaya Bachchan said, "Is this man (Kunal Nayyar) insane? Badi gandi zubaan hai. He needs to be sent to a mental asylum. His family should be asked what they think of his comment."

Meanwhile, soon the news spread like wildfire, and reactions came pouring in from all corners. Netizens who are quite riled by Jaya Bachchan's attitude in public places had a field day and trolled her for being a hypocrite. Many took to the comment section and said that she herself is so rude and is slamming Kunal Nayyar's mouth. While several of them reminded her that it is a dialogue from a scene and not a comment he personally made.

The news was shared by a paparazzo account. One netizen said, Look who is speaking the person who herself doesn't know how to speak! Lol." Political analyst Mithun Vijay Kumar, who is a fan of Madhuri Dixit, sent legal notice to Netflix over a dialogue made by Kunal Nayyar in The Big Bang Theory S2, which he deemed derogatory. Talking about it, he said, "It is important to hold companies like Netflix accountable for their actions and to ensure that they are sensitive to the cultural values and sentiments of the communities they serve. I strongly believe that streaming service providers have a responsibility to carefully curate the content that they offer on their platforms."
