It's
been
a
while
since
the
reports
of
conflict
between
Israel
and
Palestinian
militant
group
Hamas
have
been
doing
the
rounds
for
a
while
now.
And
now,
in
a
shocking
piece
of
news,
it
is
reported
that
a
leading
Bollywood
actress
has
been
stranded
in
Israel
amid
this
ongoing
war.
We
are
talking
about
Nushrrat
Bharuccha.
For
the
uninitiated,
Nushrrat
had
flown
to
Israel
to
attend
the
Haifa
International
Film
Festival.
However,
she
has
been
out
of
contact
since
Saturday
noon.
The
Sonu
Ke
Titu
Ki
Sweety
actress'
team
confirmed
the
unfortunate
and
terrifying
news
with
a
statement
and
revealed
that
they
are
unable
to
trace
her.
"Nushrratt
Bharucha
is
stuck
in
Israel.
She
had
travelled
there
to
participate
in
the
Haifa
International
Film
Festival," the
statement
read.
The
team
also
emphasised
they
had
their
last
communication
with
Nushrratt
at
around
12:30
pm
on
Saturday
wherein
she
stated
that
she
was
in
the
basement
and
was
safe.
While
not
much
details
have
been
revealed
about
Nushrratt's
condition,
the
team
is
constantly
trying
to
reach
out
to
her
or
trace
her
location
but
in
vain.
As
of
now,
they
are
making
every
possible
effort
to
ensure
her
safe
return
to
India.
"The
last
time
that
I
managed
to
get
in
touch
with
her
was
around
12.30
pm
earlier
today,
when
she
was
safe
in
a
basement.
For
safety
measures,
further
details
cannot
be
disclosed.
However,
since
then,
we
were
not
able
to
connect.
We
are
trying
to
get
Nushrratt
back
safely
to
India
and
hope
she
returns
back
in
the
best
of
health
and
unharmed," a
member
of
Nushrratt's
team
was
quoted
saying.
And
now
a
recent
update
in
the
matter
states
that
the
Ram
Setu
actress
has
managed
to
reach
the
Israel
airport
safely
and
is
waiting
for
her
flight
out
of
Israel.
To
note,
the
news
of
Nushrratt
Bharuccha
being
missing
in
Israel
comes
after
a
full-fledged
war
broke
out
between
Israel
and
the
militant
group
Hamas
in
the
Gaza
strip
which
killed
around
200
people
and
left
over
1000
people
injured.
It
was
reported
that
Hamas
militants
had
captured
several
Israeli
soldiers
at
the
borders
and
even
fired
over
5,000
rockets
from
the
Gaza
strip
into
Israel.
Meanwhile,
talking
about
the
work
front,
Nushrratt
Bharuccha
was
last
seen
in
Akelli
which
happens
to
be
the
story
of
a
girl
caught
up
in
Iraq's
civil
war,
struggling
to
return
home.
