In a statement, her team revealed that Nushrat Bharucha went to Israel to attend the Haifa International Film Festival. Yes, you read that right! For those who are unaware, the Haifa International Film Festival is an annual cinematic event held in Haifa, Israel, coinciding with the autumn festival of Sukkot, spanning a week-long celebration.

It was supposed to be held between September 28 to October 7. Considering the circumstances, the film festival's management opted to end the screenings and activities at the event.

NUSHRRATT BHARUCCHA SAFETY UPDATE

Today (October 8), Nushrratt Bharuccha's team finally shared another update and revealed that the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star is safe and is on her way to India. According to a statement, the team got in touch with the Bollywood star and she's currently on a flight.

The statement read, "We have finally managed to get in touch with Nushrratt and with the help of the Embassy, she is being safely brought back home. We did not get a direct flight so she is on a connecting flight home. For her further safety, more details cannot be shared but as soon as she lands in India, we will inform you. We are relieved and thank god that she is safe and on her way to India."
