Garbo Song Out: Dhvani Bhanushali, known for hits like Vaaste and Leja Re, announced a new song on Saturday (October 14) amid the excitement around Navratri festival. The song, titled Garbo, comes with a special twist as it features lyrics penned by India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Taking to her social media platform, Dhvani unveiled the song with a shout-out to PM Modi.

That's right! Prime Minister Narendra Modi has authored the lyrics for the new Navratri song, Garbo. The song resonates with the forthcoming festive spirit, celebrating the unity and cultural diversity that Navratri brings. Dhvani Bhanushali lent her enchanting vocals to the track and also took on a starring role in the music video. The song has been produced by Jackky Bhagnani.

According to her post, the song's lyrics are authored by PM Modi, and she aimed to create a composition with a 'fresh rhythm and flavor.' The composition for the song is done by Tanishk Bagchi. Sharing the teaser, Dhvani tweeted, "Dear @narendramodi Ji, #TanishkBagchi and I loved Garba penned by you and we wanted to make a song with a fresh rhythm, composition and flavour. @Jjust_Music helped us bring this song and video to life."

In reply PM Narendra Modi said, "Thank you @dhvanivinod, Tanishk Bagchi and the team of @Jjust_Music for this lovely rendition of a Garba I had penned years ago! It does bring back many memories. I have not written for many years now but I did manage to write a new Garba over the last few days, which I will share during Navratri. #SoulfulGarba"

GARBO SONG OUT NOW

The video of Garbo includes vibrant snippets of people engaging in Garba, offering prayers to the nine goddesses during the nine days of the Navratri festival. Dhvani herself showcases her Garba prowess in the video.

The direction of this musical creation is attributed to Nadeem Shah and is proudly presented by Jjust Music.

This year, the nine-day Navratri festival will commence on October 15 and extend through October 24 (Dussehra).
