Raj
Kundra's
Pornography
Case:
In
a
significant
development,
the
Enforcement
Directorate
(ED)
has
disclosed
that
in
its
investigation
into
the
alleged
pornography
racket
involving
businessman
Raj
Kundra
has
not
found
any
direct
connection
between
Kundra
and
the
controversial
activities.
And
now,
the
focus
of
the
investigation
has
shifted
to
the
intricate
money
trail
associated
with
various
bank
transactions
linked
to
the
UK-based
company
Kenrin.
Official
sources
report
that
Kenrin,
owned
by
Pradeep
Bakshi,
the
official
promoter
of
the
HotShot
app
and
Raj
Kundra's
brother-in-law,
is
being
investigated
for
its
alleged
involvement
in
multiple
transactions
with
shell
companies
associated
with
money
laundering.
The
ED
is
examining
the
financial
transactions
involving
Kenrin,
with
an
aim
to
trace
the
funds
flow
and
establish
any
illicit

As
per
the
sources
of
ED,
in
January
2019
Saurabh
Kushwah,
CEO
of
Arms
Prime
Media
Limited,
approached
Kundra
to
invest
in
the
company.
Kundra's
association
with
Arms
Prime
Media
Limited
continued
until
December
2019,
during
which
the
HotShot
app
was
developed.
Later,
the
app
was
purportedly
sold
to
Kenrin
for
$25,000,
with
ongoing
maintenance
responsibilities
shared
between
Kundra's
Vihan
and
Kenrin.
Now,
the
ED
is
reviewing
bank
transactions.
Meanwhile,
Raj
Kundra,
who
has
consistently
maintained
his
innocence,
had
earlier
written
to
the
Central
Bureau
of
Investigation
(CBI),
seeking
an
investigation
into
the
pornography
case.
He
alleges
that
he
is
being
framed
due
to
a
personal
vendetta
orchestrated
by
a
fellow
businessman
collaborating
with
certain
police
officers.
Meanwhile,
Raj
Kundra
recently
made
his
acting
debut
with
UT69.
The
film
follows
his
ordeal
of
spending
63
days
in
Arthur
Road
Jail.
