Raju Punjabi Last Social Media Post: Famous Haryanavi singer Raju Punjabi breathed his last on Tuesday morning at the age of 40. He had been receiving medical care for jaundice at a private hospital in Hisar, Haryana, for the past few days.

Several local media outlets in Haryana reported that he was hospitalised approximately 10 days ago and was discharged after his health showed some improvement. However, he was rushed to the hospital after his health condition worsened.

The singer was put on ventilator support and was declared dead in the early hours of Tuesday. Meanwhile, prayers and condolences are pouring in from all corners for the deceased singer. And his last social media page has left his fans sobbing.

Singer Raju Punjabi is best known for superhit songs such as Desi Desi, Aacha Lage Se, and Tu Cheez Lajawab. His collaborations with Sapna Chaudhary are also among the most loved. His last song, 'Aapse Milke Yaara Humko Accha Laga Tha', was released on August 12.

His last Instagram post was about his musical journey. On Monday, the late singer dropped a reel that was a collage of all his previous works against the background of his last song. Sharing it, he simply wrote, "Aapse Milke Yara Humko Achha Laga."

Fans condole Raju Punjabi's death

Fondly called the 'king of tunes', Raju Punjabi's fans are unable to believe that he is no more. Singer KD Desi Rock shared a photo of Raju, from the hospital bed, and wrote, "Raju wapas aaja."

One of his fans said, "A great tragedy in the world of music, the king of tunes Har Dil Aziz, our dear brother Raju Punjabi ji has said goodbye to the world." Another commented, "Very sad news Renowned Haryanvi singer #RajuPunjabi ji is no more with us today. The father of three small children Raju Punjabi was special in the entire Haryanvi industry."

"Today our dear brother Raju Punjabi is no more among us. May our brother rest in peace. Om Shanti," said one. "We will miss you legend," said another user. Many wrote RIP in the comment section.

According to reports, the singer's body will be taken to his hometown of Rawatsar Kheda in Haryana, where his last rites will be performed. He was presently living in Hisar's Azadnagar. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
