Raveena Tandon Recalls She Puked After A Co-Star's Lips Brushed Against Hers: ‘I Was Like, ‘Yuck No'

Raveena Tandon: Raveena Tandon is one of the most prominent Bollywood actresses from the 90s. She is still relevant in the industry and continues to enchant her fans with her beauty and charm. She was recently seen in the film "One Friday Night."

Raveena, who is also known as 'Ravishing Raveena', recently shared an unpleasant incident from her early days in acting and also recalled why she maintained a no-kiss policy throughout her illustrious career.

She recounted a scene where her lips accidentally came into contact with a male co-star's; Raveena revealed it made her so uncomfortable that she eventually vomited. Raveena did not disclose the co-star's name or the movie in which this incident took place.

Talking to Lehren Retro, the Mohra actress said, "I remember I was doing a little rough handling scene with a male actor and I remember by mistake his lips just brushed my lips. It was by mistake, it was not even required. Like in that whole frenzy, it was a mistake."

She added, "I went to my room and threw up because I was so not comfortable. The shot got over and I went up and I had nausea. I could not bear it. I was like 'yuck no. Please brush your teeth, wash your mouth a hundred times.'" She also mentioned that the actor also apologised.

Raveena Tandon on no kiss policy

In the same interview, Raveena also spoke about maintaining a strict no-kissing policy in her films since her early days as an actress. "Those days there were no contracts or anything. But I never did. I was not comfortable," she said.

On a personal note, she is happily married to businessman and producer Anil Thadani, and the couple is blessed with two children, Rasha and Ranbirvardhan. Her daughter, Rasha, is soon going to make her Bollywood debut.

When asked if she would be fine with Rasha doing intimate scenes on screen, Raveena said the decision entirely depends on her daughter's comfort level.
