Anil Kapoor’s Former Co-Star Ravindra Berde Passes Away Due To Heart Attack

It hasn't been long since Junior Mehmood breathed his last after his battle with stomach cancer. And now, another actor from the industry has passed away. We are talking about Marathi actor Ravindra Berde who was also seen in Anil Kapoor starrer Nayak: The Real Hero and Ajay Devgn starrer Singham. According to media reports, Ravindra breathed his last at the age of 78 due to cancer.

A report published in ABP news suggested that Ravindra Berde was battling with throat cancer for a while and was undergoing treatment at Tata Hospital for a few months. The reports further asserted that Ravindra was discharged from the hospital around two days ago and suffered a heart attack at his residence. To note, Ravindra Berde happens to be the brother of late actor Laxmikant Berde's brother and they had given several hit movies together.

For the uninitiated, Ravindra Berde was associated with theatre in 1965 and has been a part of over 300 Marathi movies. He even shared screen with actors like Ashok Saraf, Vijay Chavan, Mahesh Kothare, Viju Khote, Sudhir Joshi and Bharat Jadhav.

For the uninitiated, Ravindra Verde had earlier suffered a heart attack during one of his plays in 1995. Later he was diagnosed with cancer in 2011. However, it didn't dampen his spirit and Ravindra Berde continued entertaining the audience with his art.

Ravindra Berde is survived by his wife, two children, daughter in law and grandkids. Well, the senior actor's demise has undoubtedly sent down a wave of shock and grief across the industry.
