Content Creator Saloni Gaur Wedding: Popular content creator Saloni Gaur aka Saonayyy, who became an overnight sensation on the internet with her comic persona "Nazma Aapi," is now married!

On Saturday, the comedian took everyone by surprise when she announced her wedding by sharing some loved-up photos from her traditional ceremony on her Instagram account. Yes, you read that right! Saloni got hitched to the love of her life, Rajat Sain, who is a journalist by profession.

Saloni, who got hitched to Rajat Sain in a grand wedding on October 20, 2023, took to her Instagram handle and shared a series of pictures that were nothing but beautiful! In one of the photos, the duo stood beside each other and smiled for the camera.

In another pic, they can be seen giving each other a warm hug. Talking about Saloni's outfit, she stole her fans' hearts as she opted for a bright red lehenga with zari embroidery and tiny sitara work and paired it with matching choli and double dupattas.

She wore minimal wedding jewellery, while Rajt was dressed in a white sherwani. In the caption, Saloni said, "Our parents said 'Yes' and dadi said- 'karni to tujhe apne mann ki hi hai'."

Who is Saloni Gaur?

Indian comedian and impressionist, Saloni Gaur, rose to fame with her unique perspective on addressing social issues through her comic videos. In her career to date, she has used the characters "Pinky Dogra", "Kusum Behenji", "Asha Behenji," and "Nazma Aapi" to talk about contemporary societal issues.

She also produced videos on the Citizenship Amendment Act, the pollution crisis in Delhi, and the Union Budget 2020. On the other hand, she is also known for mimicking Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and often got criticised by the actress for doing so.

Born in December 1999, Saloni is just 23 and enjoys a massive 1.3 million followers on Instagram. She completed an undergraduate degree in political science and economics from Delhi University.

She also appeared in an Amazon Mini TV miniseries titled Bhai Behen vs The World with her brother Shubham Gaur. In 2020, she launched her own show, Uncommon Sense, and has also been a part of Campus Diaries.

Speaking about Rajat Sain, he is a journalist who currently works with the media portal Lallantop. He is an alumni of the IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) in Delhi.
