Saif
Ali
Khan
and
Amrita
Singh's
daughter
Sara
Ali
Khan
debuted
in
Bollywood
with
Abhishek
Kapoor's
Kedarnath
in
2018
and
is
trying
to
make
her
mark
in
showbiz.
Currently,
she's
busy
with
the
promotions
of
her
next
release
Gaslight
co-starring
Vikrant
Massey
and
Chitrangada
Singh.
During
a
recent
interview,
Sara
kind
of
surprised
everyone
by
revealing
that
she
and
her
younger
brother,
Ibrahim
Ali
Khan,
have
played
victim
cards
in
front
of
Saif
and
Amrita
that
they
are
children
of
divorced
parents,
and
have
tried
to
emotionally
blackmail
them
for
their
own
benefit.
SARA
ALI
KHAN
EMOTIONALLY
BLACKMAILS
HER
DIVORCED
PARENTS
The
Simmba
actress
admitted
to
asking
for
things
from
her
parents
when
she
was
younger,
knowing
that
they
might
feel
guilty
about
the
divorce.
Sara
even
joked
that
she
still
tries
to
get
away
with
it
sometimes
at
her
current
age.
Revealing
the
same
to
Bollywood
Bubble,
she
said,
"Like
the
obvious
way,
in
my
family
dynamic.
Like,
'Abba
is
not
here
mummy,
give
this
to
us,'
at
the
age
of
11,
or,
'Abba,
you
don't
live
with
us,
give
this
to
us,'
at
the
age
of
15." She
jokingly
added,
"Replace
11
and
15
with
26,"
Sara's
parents,
Saif
Ali
Khan
and
Amrita
Singh,
were
married
in
1991
and
divorced
in
2004
after
13
years
of
marriage.
Sara
was
born
in
1995
and
her
younger
brother,
Ibrahim,
was
born
in
2001.
After
the
divorce,
the
siblings
were
raised
by
their
mother.
WHEN
SARA
ALI
KHAN
TALKED
ABOUT
HER
PARENTS'
DIVORCE
Sara
had
previously
talked
about
how
she
had
matured
at
a
young
age
and
was
able
to
see
that
her
parents
were
unhappy
living
together.
She
believed
that
they
were
much
happier
living
in
two
new
homes,
and
as
a
result,
she
was
not
unhappy
having
two
happy
parents
living
in
two
happy
homes.
In
her
latest
film
Gaslight,
Sara
plays
the
role
of
a
young
woman
who
returns
home
to
find
her
father
missing.
She
suspects
foul
play
but
no
one
seems
to
believe
her.
Directed
by
Pavan
Kirpalani,
the
film
is
slated
to
premiere
on
Disney+Hotsar
on
March
31.
