The
veteran
actor
Satish
Kaushik
left
for
his
heavenly
abode
on
March
9.
His
untimely
demise
came
as
a
shock
to
everyone.
He
was
in
Gurugram
when
he
suffered
a
heart
attack.
He
was
brought
to
Mumbai,
where
his
last
rites
were
performed.
With
his
death,
he
left
a
huge
void
in
the
hearts
of
everyone.
ANUPAM
KHER
HOSTS
A
MUSICAL
NIGHT
TO
CELEBRATE
SATISH
KAUSHIK
ON
HIS
BIRTH
ANNIVERSARY
On
his
birth
anniversary
yesterday,
April
13,
his
close
friend
Anupam
Kher
decided
to
celebrate
his
glorious
life
instead
of
mourning
his
death.
He
hosted
a
musical
night
for
his
dearest
friend,
which
was
attended
by
several
celebs
from
the
Bollywood
fraternity
as
well
as
the
late
actor's
wife
and
his
10-year-old
daughter
Vanshika.
To
mark
the
occasion,
Vanshika
read
an
emotional
letter
that
she
had
written
for
her
daddy
dearest,
leaving
everyone
teary-eyed.
She
had
written
the
letter
to
the
late
actor
when
his
body
was
being
taken
to
perform
the
last
rites.
The
letter
was
also
cremated
along
with
the
mortal
remains.
At
that
time,
Anupam
had
asked
Vanshika,
what
she
wrote
in
that
letter,
and
to
this,
she
replied,
she
will
tell
him
when
the
time
is
right.
So,
at
the
event
yesterday,
she
read
the
letter
from
a
photo
of
the
letter
that
she
had
on
her
phone.
VANSHIKA'S
LETTER
FOR
DADDY
DEAREST
As
quoted
by
Etimes,
the
10-year-old,
Vanshika
read,
"Hello
Papa,
I
know
that
now
you
are
no
more,
but
I
want
you
to
know
that
I
will
always
be
there
for
you.
Your
friends
taught
me
to
be
strong,
but
I
can't
live
without
you.
I
miss
you
so
much.
If
I
knew
this
was
going
to
happen,
I
would
miss
school
just
to
spend
time
with
you.
I
wish
I
could
have
hugged
you
once.
You
are
still
in
my
heart.
Like
we
see
in
the
movies,
I
wish
there
is
a
miracle,
and
you
are
alive."
Vanshika
made
everyone
emotional
with
her
innocent
letter.
At
the
event,
Vanshika
even
shared
her
favorite
memory
with
her
dad
and
said,
"When
I
wouldn't
be
in
a
good
mood
and
he
would
tell
me,
Vanshika
do
you
want
to
go
on
a
lunch
date
to
JW
Mariott?
And
then
he
would
take
me
there.
He
would
make
me
laugh
with
his
weird
dance
movies.
Also,
when
mom
scolded
me,
he
secretly
did
my
math
homework."
