'Selfiee' starring Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha is all set to hit big screens tomorrow on February 24. The film marks the return of Akshay Kumar on the silver screen after a disastrous 2022. His last films, Bachchan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj and Raksha Bandhan, had minted 13.25 crore, 10.70 crore and 8.20 crore respectively on their opening day respectively. Now, fans are excited if Akki will be able to regain his 'Box Office Ka Khiladi' tag with his latest release!

Going by the trend, as per a report in Box Office Worldwide, Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hasmi starrer will make around 7 Cr net on its opening day and will collect 25 Cr over the weekend. The lifetime box-office number is expected to be at around 60 Cr.
Well, going by promotions of the film and the craze for the actors in the film, these numbers might change accordingly. Also, word of mouth will play an important role in the box-office collection of the film. The trailer and the songs of the film also received a good response from the viewers.
Selfiee Cleared By CBFC With U/A certificate; Akshay Kumar's Fourth Film Post-Pandemic To Be Cleared With ZERO Cuts
Selfiee has been given U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Also, the examining committee did not impose a single cut, audio or visual in the film, which makes it to Akshay's fourth film post-pandemic to be cleared with zero-cuts. Reportedly, the makers of the film had received the certificate on February 8. The runtime of the film, as mentioned on the censor certificate is 2 hours and 23 minutes.
Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi's last films Mumbai Saga, Chehre, The body among others had proved to be box-office duds. Diana Penty, on the other hand, had last featured in Malayalam film, Salute. Nushrratt Bharuccha was last seen in Ram Setu, alongside AKshay Kumar.
