Bollywood Slammed For Not Speaking On Wrestler's Protest: The ongoing wrestler's protest has become one of the most talked about issues in recent times. The videos and pictures from the protest have shaken people across the country.
WRESTLERS DETAINED FROM JANTAR MANTAR
Recently, a video of police detaining wrestlers from Jantar Mantar surfaced on the internet amid the inauguration of the new Parliament House, and social media users questioned the brutality and the way the protesters were being treated.
While several Bollywood celebs reacted to the parliament's inauguration, none spoke about the protest. Appalled by the silence of Bollywood, netizens have slammed the celebs.
NETIZENS SLAM ACTOR FOR VOICING ON WRESTLERS PROTEST
A user wrote, "Shah Rukh Khan tweeted for the new Parliament but no support for our champion wrestlers. Feeling sad as a feminist, farmer and Bollywood fan."
Another social media user commented, "Why thse #Bollywood celebretirs are silent on the Wrestlers Protest at Jantar Mantar Ground Delhi. Only they speak dialogues in movies and they don't open their mouth in real issues."
"Shahrukh Khan got support from everyone when some people were against his movie and were planning to ban it but today the same SRK hasn't tweeted anything about the wrestlers protest but has chosen to recite a script written by the Govt for parliament's inauguration," wrote a third user.

Recently, Naseeruddin Shah during an interview spoke about how several actors and other people associated with the film industry choose to maintain silence and do not speak their minds because of fear.
ABOUT WRESTLERS' PROTEST
The wrestlers are protesting at New Delhi's Jantar Mantar against alleged sexual harassment by Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh for quite some time now. They are demanding his arrest. On Sunday, the Delhi police detained Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, and Bajrang Punia for law-and-order violation.
