Be it her humble personality or fashion statements, the young lass is making waves on the internet. And taking a step towards establishing herself, she has recently acquired a property in Alibaug.

According to reports, the luxurious beachfront destination in Alibaug is highly sought after by Mumbai's affluent individuals and is valued at Rs 12.91 crore. Suhana's farmland is next to her father Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow.

Suhana Khan buys farmland worth Rs. 13 crore in Alibaug

As per multiple media reports, Suhana Khan has invested in agricultural land in Alibaug's Thal village, worth Rs 12.91 crore. The property consists of three houses built on vast land spanning 1.5 acres. According to reports from ETimes, the transaction was completed on June 1.

The registration documents identify Suhana as an agriculturist. Additionally, Suhana paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh. As per the outlet, the land has been acquired from three sisters named Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, who inherited it from their parents.

Note, superstar Shah Rukh Khan also owns a sea-facing property in Thal, which has a swimming pool and a helipad.

The news of Suhana Khan buying agricultural land has taken the internet by storm. Reacting to it, many said that it is possible if someone's father is superstar Shah Rukh Khan. One said, "Oh wow... Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. The film is inspired by the international comics of the same name. The film will be released on Netflix.

It also stars Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda, and Boney Kapoor-Sridevi's daughter, Khushi Kapoor. Suhana was recently chosen as the face of the New York-based beauty brand Maybelline.
