Shah Rukh Khan Visits Vaishno Devi Temple Ahead Of Dunki Release; Video Goes Viral

2023 has been a great year for Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar made a comeback this year with Pathaan which went on to become a blockbuster at the box office. The film, which also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, collected Rs. 543.05 crore at the box office. In Setember this year, SRK's Jawan was released, and that movie also broke records at the box office, and collected Rs. 643.87 crore. Now, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his third release of the year, Dunki.

Dunki is slated to release on 22nd December 2023, and ahead of the film's release, Shah Rukh Khan recently visited Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu. Well, SRK also did the same thing before the release of Pathaan and Jawan.

Ahead of the release of both the movies, SRK had visited Vaishno Devi Temple and offered prayers. Well, Pathaan and Jawan became blockbusters and now, it will be interesting to see what records Dunki will break at the box office.

Dunki is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and it also stars Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles, and Vicky Kaushal has an extended cameo in it. The trailer of the film was released a few days ago, and it has received a decent response. However, the audience has high expectations from Dunki as for the first time Hirani and SRK have teamed up together.

From the day, the title of the film was announced, everyone was wondering what Dunki means. Recently, while sharing the teaser of the track O Maahi, SRK finally revealed what Dunki means.

He tweeted, "Sab poochte hain Iss liye bata raha hoon. Dunki ka matlab hota hai apno se door rehna....aur jab apne paas ho toh bas lagta hai qayamat tak uske saath hi rahein. O Maahi O Maahi. Feel the love before sun sets on the horizon today."
