On Sunday, when the entire world was witnessing the high-voltage ICC World Cup finals, a video of Shah Rukh Khan, who attended the match at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, trended on social media for all the right reasons.

The superstar once again won the internet for helping veteran singer Asha Bhsole at the stadium, which has now gone viral on the internet.

Shah Rukh was seated next to the ace singer Asha Bhosle as he enjoyed the thrilling World Cup finale with his family, including his wife Gauri and children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam.

A viral video showed SRK interacting with Bhosle and insisting on taking away her empty tea cup, despite the singer being reluctant not to. He takes it anyway, walks a few steps ahead, and hands it over to a staff member who was present there.

Soon, the video went viral on social media, and fans rushed to laud the actor for his gesture. One of the fans wrote, "That is why he is the real king." Another added, "True Hero (off the screen) and deserve huge applause and respect. He is true King of Bollywood."

One more fan said, "He is a thorough gentleman and very courteous." Another commented, "That what's makes him a Badshah (king)."

Industrialist Harsh Goenka also praised SRK, posted the same video on X, and wrote, "The only heartwarming scene I have seen in the IND vs AUS final."

Besides Shah Rukh Khan, several celebrities also attended the match, including Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Shanaya Kapoor.

However, after India lost the World Cup 2023 final match against Australia, Shah Rukh took to social media and hailed their spirit.

He said, "The way the Indian team has played this whole tournament is a matter of honour and they showed great spirit and tenacity. It's a sport and there are always a bad day or two. Unfortunately it happened today....but thank u Team India for making us so proud of our sporting legacy in cricket...u bring too much cheer to the whole of India. Love and respect. You make us one proud Nation."
