Sherlyn Chopra Files Molestation Case: Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra is again grabbing the headlines as she has filed a molestation case against a Mumbai-based financier. In the complaint filed at Juhu Police Station on April 14, the actress claimed that the accused also threatened to kill her.

Sherlyn alleged that the investor molested her on the pretext of featuring her in a music giving and giving money for the same. However, he tried to touch her inappropriately hurled abuses at her, and threatened to kill her when she opposed his advances.

SHERLYN CHOPRA FILES MOLESTATION CASE AGAINST INVESTOR

Sherlyn reportedly filed an FIR against a Mumbai-based financier, Sunil Parasmani Lodha, who tricked into believing her that he will cast her in an upcoming music video. A statement by the Mumbai Police reads, "Case registered against the accused under sections 354, 506, 509 of IPC. Further probe underway".

SHERLYN CHOPRA SHARES THE COMPLETE INCIDENT

The actress recalled the incidents that followed and said that her manager informed her that an investor has expressed a desire to feature Sherlyn in a music video and he wanted to meet her. Soon the song was recorded, and Sherlyn's manager took her to meet the accused at a hotel.

The investor claimed to be a huge admirer of Sherlyn and expressed his eagerness to invest money in songs featuring her. He even paid some amount of money to Sherlyn's manager on the spot itself. It raised doubt in her mind, and she said that recording a music video with the given amount was impossible.

She said that a good music video would cost at least Rs 15 to 20 lakh. The investor surprisingly agreed. Post the meeting, Sherlyn gave the investor a lift in her car. Upon reaching her house, the investor expressed his desire to visit her house. The actress welcomed him to her house and even prepared dinner.

But soon after dinner, Sunil started molesting her even after she opposed his advances. He tried to touch her inappropriately citing he was so smitten by the actress.
