As fans wait with bated breath to witness one of Bollywood's most loved couples, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani's grand wedding, several videos and pictures from the wedding venue have been creating a massive buzz on social media. As per sources, pheras have begun at 3 pm followed by a reception that will start at 8 p.m. Meanwhile, as nuptial vows are taking place at the luxurious hotel, pictures of Sid and Kiara's wedding mandap have been circulating on the internet. There is no confirmation if that is the star couple's mandap or an old photo.
A picture of a decorated mandap was shared by an Instagram page that looked like Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra's wedding venue. However, no official confirmation about it has been made to verify that it is where Kiara and Sid will take their wedding vows.
Meanwhile, on Monday, the couple hosted a sangeet night, and details from the ceremony have been doing the rounds on social media. According to a report by India Today, the sangeet was fun-filled, with Sidharth joining Kiara's brother Mishaal on stage during his performance. For the uninitiated, Mishaal is a rapper, composer, and music director who is said to have prepared a medley of songs for his sister's sangeet night.
It is also reported that Karan Johar and Shahid Kapur, who were far away from the stage, put on their own performance and danced to Sid's viral song Kaala Chashma. Soon-to-be Mrs Malhotra Kiara reportedly blushed throughout the ceremony, especially when her movie Shershaah's songs were played. The sangeet is said to have wrapped up at around 2 am. But amidst the celebrations, Sidharth's father, Sunil Malhotra, suddenly fell ill, and a doctor was called for his treatment. He was immediately taken to his room, but the festivities didn't stop. Though nothing serious happened, after a few hours Sid's father was back to his normal self and enjoyed time with his family.
