Karan Johar is said to have danced to his heart's content at Sidharth Malhotra's baraat.
After much excitement, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are officially husband and wife! The duo, who have amassed massive fan bases, are awaiting their first glimpse of the stars as newlyweds. The couple opted for an intimate wedding in Jaisalmer's Suryagarh Palace, in the presence of their close friends and family. In the meantime, the Wikipedia page for Kiara and Sdiharth has been updated, confirming that they have tied the knot.
Sid and Kiara are yet to release official photos from their wedding. Meanwhile, media persons have caught hold of the staff who witnessed the star couple's marriage. A staff member who was seen taking some sweets inside the palace was hounded by paparazzi to get some information about the wedding. He said that the bride and groom were dressed in traditional silver outfits. In another video, he was seen telling paps that Karan Johar danced his heart out at Sidharth Malhotra's baraat.
Further, the staff guy added that manish Malhotra, shahid kapoor too grooved at the baraat. "Karan Johar to puri baraat mein dance kar rhe the. Dulhe ne bhi kiya, puri family ne, sab ne bhut dance kiya," he said. Some other staff also claimed that Kiara wore a pink lehenga, while dulhewale wore a pink pagdi, and the ladkiwale were seen in golden pagdis.
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani maintained a no-phone policy at the wedding venue and requested all guests to keep their phones out of the venue. Following the shaadi, a reception will be held at 8 pm tonight. And the couple is supposed to throw a reception in Mumbai on February 12 for their industry friends, which will be followed by a reception in Delhi. And now, fans are waiting for them to share their first official picture as husband and wife.
