Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have been making the headlines ever since there has been a news about their wedding. It was reported that the Shershaah couple, who has been dating each other for a while, will be tying the knot in a grand ceremony in the presence of their respective families and friends. And now, as per a recent update, Sidharth and Kiara have finally tied the knot in a traditional ceremony which took place at Suryagarh palace in Jaisalmer. Yes! The lovebirds are official man and wife now.
To note, Sidharth and Kiara's wedding has been a starry affair with celebs like Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Isha Ambani, Anand Piramal, Juhi Chawla, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, etc in attendance. The wedding festivities had begun on Sunday as the guests arrived at the wedding destination. The media reports suggested that around 80 rooms were booked in the hotel for the guests. Besides, the guests will be served around 100 cuisines from 10 countries during the wedding which include Mexican, Italian, Chinese, American to Punjabi and Rajasthani dishes
Needless to say, as the news of Sidharth and Kaira taking their nuptial vows has surfaced, fans can't wait for the first pics of the newlyweds.
Meanwhile, Sidharth's mother has been quite excited about welcoming Kiara as her daughter in law. Reportedly, the groom's family had even given a special performance for the lovebirds. The reports also claimed that Kiara's brother Mishal had also dedicated a special song to the couple during the sangeet ceremony.
It is reported that Sidharth and Kiara will be having a small reception in Jaisalmer after the nuptial vows. The reports also claimed that the newlyweds will be having two reception in -Delhi and Mumbai respectively. "Sid and Kiara will most likely host their Mumbai reception on 12th of February. Not just that, they will be inviting media to attend the reception as guests, like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas and Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh did. They really want to celebrate the joyous milestone in their life with everyone, including the media, who has supported their journey," a source was quoted saying India Today.
